Nutrition Principles Laboratory
Practices are carried out to food preparation, cooking, storage, processing methods in appropriate conditions and to aiming to gain knowledge and skills for develop standard recipe.
Equipment and devices are available to determine the body composition of individuals and to make anthropometric measurements related to their nutritional status.
Food Chemistry Laboratory
Practices aiming to gain knowledge and skills about basic methods, devices and chemicals used in food analysis are made.
Food Microbiology Laboratory
The compliance of food and drinking water with the Turkish Food Codex and related standards is being investigated and the students are provided with the necessary basic training for this purpose.
