Visit to Bandırma Guidance and Research Center Directorate

A visit was made by our department to the Bandırma Guidance and Research Center Directorate.

Participating in the visit were our Head of Social Work Department Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih Altun, our Deputy Head of Social Work Department Dr. Lecturer Yasin Erdurak, President of the Social Work Student Society Kazım Arslan, President of the İZGE Disabled Student Society Fatmanur Hazar, and Secretary of the İZGE Student Society Selin Orçun.

During the meeting with the Director of the Guidance and Research Center, Arda Ertan, the following topics were discussed: activities that could be planned for disadvantaged and inclusive education students in schools, inter-institutional collaborations, and internship and practical training opportunities. Requests for support for activities planned by student societies were also conveyed.

It is expected that this meeting will contribute to strengthening cooperation between the university and the institutions.

At the end of the visit, thanks were expressed for the kind attention and hospitality shown, and a commemorative photograph was taken.
