The Social Work and Entrepreneurship Meeting Organized by our Social Work Community was Held with High Participation

The "Social Work and Entrepreneurship" meeting, which was organized to introduce our students to job opportunities in the private sector and prepare them for professional life, was attended by our department head Assoc. Dr. It opened with the speech of Recep Yıldız. Participating as a speaker, Prof. Dr. While Fatih Şahin, Akın Davut Koyuncu and Hüseyin Arabasüren provided valuable information for the careers of our students who are social worker candidates, the main theme of our event focused on job opportunities and entrepreneurship in the private sector.

Prof. Dr. Fatih Şahin gave information about making a career in social work after graduation. At the same time, he emphasized that different fields in the private sector can be important job opportunities for graduate students. Hüseyin Arabasüren talked about the opportunities that entrepreneurship can offer for social work graduates and the strategies for taking advantage of opportunities in this field. Akın Davut Koyuncu shared the points that new social workers should pay attention to in the process of joining the business world and explained how the experience in the field of social work can be evaluated in the private sector.

Mehmet Gümüş, Ayhan Tatay and İbrahim Şahbikan, who are graduates of the social work department and professional entrepreneurs in the field, also attended the meeting and discussed the professional importance of the social work discipline and its counterpart in the field.

The meeting, which provided important information on how young people can use their social work skills in the private sector while providing guidance to students on the path to a successful career in the private sector, was completed with a question-answer session regarding the private sector and entrepreneurship.
