ESECELİ stated that the challenges faced by individuals with special needs stem not from the individual but from environmental conditions, emphasizing that today's event is a significant step toward entrenching this understanding in society. In one section of his speech, he specifically suggested that this practice should be made traditional and even formalized and spread throughout Turkey. He stated that such an approach would raise social awareness and strengthen a culture of inclusivity. ESECELİ celebrated the determination and perseverance of the individuals with special needs who will be symbolic graduates, and the beauty they bring to life. He also thanked the efforts of the families, teachers, volunteers, and students of the Social Work Department who stood by them.

Following the opening remarks, the session began where families shared their feelings and experiences. In this session, parents shared heartfelt expressions about the efforts made by individuals with special needs during their education, the small but significant advancements, and the moments that made them proud. Some families described how each new skill their children learned was a source of hope for them: Some emphasized that despite the challenges they faced on this journey, they never gave up. These exchanges not only enhanced the emotional atmosphere of the program but also highlighted the vital role of family support in the education of individuals with special needs.
