Our faculty member Assoc. Dr. Fatih ALTUN Attended the "Ministry of Family and Social Services Scientific Board Commissions Meeting"

Our Social Work Department faculty member Assoc. Dr. Fatih ALTUN attended the "Ministry of Family and Social Work Scientific Board Commissions Meeting" as a commission member.

"Ministry of Family and Social Work Scientific Board Commissions Meeting" was held hosted by Ankara Music and Fine Arts University with the participation of Minister of Family and Social Work Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş. Rectors and academicians from different universities also attended the meeting.

In the meetings that lasted for two days on 27-28 June 2024, with the participation of competent scientists from different fields, workshops were held for the 'Family and Society', 'Child', 'Women's Empowerment' and 'Disabled and Elderly' commissions established within the Scientific Board. In her speech, Minister of Family and Social Work Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş stated that she believed that these commissions would produce important work in their fields. Our faculty member Assoc. Dr. Fatih ALTUN contributed to the work of the 'Family and Society' commission and was presented with a certificate of appreciation by Deputy Minister of Family and Social Work Sevim Sayım Madak.
