Handover Ceremony at the Social Work Department

The handover ceremony for the Department Chairmanship was held at the Department of Social Services, Faculty of Health Sciences, Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University. Founding Department Chair Prof. Dr. Recep YILDIZ handed over the department chairmanship to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih ALTUN.

The program was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Prof. Dr. Hüseyin ESECELİ, the Department Chair of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Prof. Dr. Uğur GÜNŞEN, the Faculty Secretary Gülhan DEĞİRMEN, and all faculty members of the Department of Social Services.

Speaking at the program, Dean Prof. Dr. Hüseyin ESECELİ thanked Prof. Dr. Recep YILDIZ for his valuable contributions to the faculty and the Department of Social Services, emphasizing the harmonious and disciplined working environment in the department. He also expressed his belief that Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih ALTUN would successfully carry out this duty and wished him success.

Prof. Dr. Uğur GÜNŞEN, Head of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, then took the floor and congratulated Prof. Dr. Recep YILDIZ on his successful management and wished Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih ALTUN success in his new position.

Prof. Dr. Recep YILDIZ, who handed over his duties, emphasized that he viewed his two terms as department chair as a passing of the torch and stated that he was confidently handing over the position to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih ALTUN. YILDIZ stated that the department's successes were the result of harmonious and dedicated teamwork and thanked all faculty members for their support.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih ALTUN, who took over as department chair, thanked Prof. Dr. Recep YILDIZ for his contributions to date and stated that they would continue to benefit from his experience and guidance.

The handover ceremony concluded with the presentation of flowers and a plaque to Prof. Dr. Recep YILDIZ, followed by a commemorative photo.
