Experts from Bandırma Community Mental Health Center conducted a group workshop with our students.

Within the scope of the Group-Focused Social Work Practices course, conducted by our department's faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fikri Keleşoğlu, a practical group work session was held to contribute to the development of students' professional knowledge and skills.

The activity was carried out with the contributions of Psychodramatist Psychologist Murat YATMAZ, Psychologist Nedim ÇİFTÇİ, and Specialist Social Worker Ercan BAKIR, all working at the Bandırma Community Mental Health Center. During the session, students had the opportunity to gain practical experience in planning, conducting, and evaluating group work.

This activity, which allowed for the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical application, contributed to the development of students' group-focused intervention skills. The sharing of experiences by field experts with the students was considered a significant gain that strengthened the practical dimension of the professional training process.
