About the 4th Southern Marmara Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Student Symposium to be Hosted by Our University

The 4th Southern Marmara Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Student Symposium, hosted by our university in collaboration with Balıkesir University, Bursa Uludağ University, and Yalova University, will be held on Friday, May 8, 2026, in the Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar Conference Hall and the Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Conference Hall.

The Honorary Presidency of the symposium organized by our department is held by our Rector Dear Prof. Dr. İsmail BOZ and Dear Prof. Dr. Defne KAYA UTLU, a faculty member of the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department of the Health Sciences University; while the Symposium Presidency is undertaken by our Vice Rector and Head of Department Dear Prof. Dr. Ebru KAYA MUTLU.

The symposium, which will be held in two separate sessions in the Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar Conference Hall and the Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Conference Hall, will feature presentations by our university on "Pediatric Rehabilitation" and Bursa Uludağ University on "Orthopedic Rehabilitation" in the Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar Conference Hall; Balıkesir University on "Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction" and Yalova University on "The Use of Technology in Neurological Rehabilitation" in the Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Conference Hall. All our academic and administrative staff and students are invited to our symposium, which will feature distinguished speakers.
