An Online Department Advisory Board Meeting Was Held at Our Faculty

 

The Faculty of Health Sciences held a Department Advisory Board Meeting on Thursday, February 12, at 12:00 p.m. via an online platform, chaired by the Dean of our Faculty, Prof. Dr. Hüseyin ESECELİ, with the aim of continuously improving education and training, research and development, and quality assurance processes. Following introductory remarks and opening speeches, the meeting proceeded to the agenda items.

Attendees included members of the Unit Advisory Board: Gökhan KUZU, Chief Inspector and Head of the Bursa Guidance and Inspection Group at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security’s Directorate of Guidance and Inspection; Bandırma Training and Research Hospital - Specialist Dietitian Aslı KAMBUR USUĞ, Acting Director of the Bandırma Social Services Center Şaban TERİN, Student Representative Büşra KESER, Associate Deans, Department Chairs, and the Faculty Secretary participated online via the Zoom platform. The meeting addressed the faculty’s current activities, accreditation efforts, quality management system implementations, students’ internships and fieldwork, collaborations with external stakeholders, and initiatives to enhance educational programs. Based on the views and recommendations of the Advisory Board members, evaluations were conducted to strengthen educational processes and increase stakeholder participation. The meeting concluded productively through mutual exchange of views, in line with the faculty’s quality-focused management approach.
