Our university is hosting the "Balıkesir Surgical Nursing Symposium III

The Department of Surgical Nursing at our University's Faculty of Health Sciences, in collaboration with the Department of Surgical Nursing at Balıkesir University's Faculty of Health Sciences, Bandırma Training and Research Hospital, Atatürk City Hospital, and the Turkish Surgical and Operating Room Nursing Association, will organize the "Balıkesir Surgical Nursing Symposium III." This year's symposium, the third to be held at our university, aims to share studies, current practices, and professional experiences in the field of patient safety in surgery. Prof. Dr. Filiz Öğce Aktaş will serve as the honorary president of the symposium.The symposium will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 12:00 PM in the Nazım Hikmet Conference Hall. All academic and administrative staff and students are invited.
