An information training was organized for our students within the scope of the Professional Practice II course.
A briefing and evaluation training meeting was held for our students by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yasemin ASLAN, Head of the Applied Training Commission and Academic Advisor for 4th-year students, and Research Assistant Havva Nur ATALAY, a member of the Applied Training Commission, as part of the Professional Practice II course in the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year.
The meeting covered the Professional Practice II course rotation plan in detail, providing information on the implementation process. The application days and times, as well as the principles regarding attendance tracking, were explained, and the importance of mandatory attendance was emphasized.
Furthermore, comprehensive information was provided about the Professional Practice Training File that must be prepared as part of the course, and the evaluation criteria were shared with the students. Explanations were given regarding the file content, submission process, and academic evaluation criteria.
The meeting also focused on the mandatory use of student ID cards and lab coats during the application process, important considerations in internal and professional communication, and the responsibilities imposed on students by the confidentiality agreement. The importance of professional ethics and institutional representation awareness was particularly emphasized.
At the end of the program, students' opinions and suggestions were collected for mutual evaluation, and feedback aimed at making the process more efficient was recorded.
