An Orientation Meeting Was Held for Our Department's First Year Students

An orientation meeting was held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 9:35 a.m. for first-year students starting the 2025-2026 academic year. At the meeting, attended by department faculty members, our Department Head, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ekrem Sevim, provided information to students on various topics that will support their adaptation to academic and administrative processes. Detailed information was provided on double major and minor programs, national and international exchange programs, course plans and syllabi, course selection processes, and the use of the University Information Management System (ÜBYS) module. Information was also provided on the activities of the Healthy Management Community, the department's social media accounts, and the smoke-free campus program. The orientation meeting provided students with the necessary basic information to ensure they continue their academic journeys more efficiently in the department and to help them adapt to university life.
