The 4th Southern Marmara Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Student Symposium was held in collaboration with Balıkesir University, Bursa Uludağ University, and Yalova University, hosted by our Faculty of Health Sciences.

The symposium, held simultaneously in the Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar Conference Hall and the Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Conference Hall, was chaired by our Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Boz and Health Sciences University Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Defne Kaya Utlu, while our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ebru Kaya Mutlu served as the Symposium Chair. The program was attended by expert academics, administrative staff, and numerous students.

The symposium included sessions on pediatric and orthopedic rehabilitation, physiotherapy and rehabilitation in temporomandibular joint dysfunction, and the use of technology in neurological rehabilitation. The event provided detailed information on current approaches, multidisciplinary applications, and technological advancements in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

The symposium, which contributed to strengthening academic cooperation between universities and attracted great interest, concluded after thank-you speeches were given and a commemorative photograph was taken to mark the occasion.
