The "Uniform Ceremony" of our Faculty's Nursing Department for the 2025-2026 academic year was held with a large turnout and in a meaningful atmosphere. The ceremony, held in the Prof. Dr. Fuat Sezgin Conference Hall, began with a moment of silence and the recitation of the Turkish National Anthem. Our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ebru Kaya Mutlu, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Eseceli, Head of the Nursing Department Prof. Dr. Latife Utaş Akhan, our academic and administrative staff, students, and their esteemed families attended the ceremony. The opening speech was given by our Head of the Nursing Department, Prof. Dr. Latife Utaş Akhan. In her speech, Prof. Dr. Akhan touched upon the importance of the nursing profession for public health, emphasizing the importance of students developing ethical values ​​in their professional lives and wishing them success in their careers. As part of the program, students were invited to the stage and, with great excitement and pride, donned their uniforms, marking the first symbolic step in their professional journey. The ceremony, where students received their name badges from their academics, was filled with emotional moments for the students and their families.
