We wish success to all students who have gained admission to our University through the 2026 YKS (Higher Education Institutions Exam) Additional Placement process and will be enrolling. Students newly enrolling at our University based on the 2026 YKS Additional Placement results can find detailed information regarding the enrollment process below.

STUDENTS ENROLLING VIA E-DEVLET (E-GOVERNMENT GATEWAY)

Students placed at our University following the 2026 YKS Additional Placement may complete their final enrollment using their E-Devlet passwords between October 2, 2026, and October 4, 2026. (This excludes students admitted to the following programs: Maritime Faculty – Marine Engineering and Maritime Transportation Engineering; Maritime Vocational School – Underwater Technology; Bandırma Vocational School – Penal Execution and Security Services; and Manyas Vocational School – Private Security and Protection.) After completing the enrollment process via E-Devlet, students must obtain and retain the "barcode printout" confirming their registration. Students who enroll via E-Devlet are not required to visit the university in person for registration between October 2, 2026, and October 4, 2026. Students who enroll via E-Devlet can check their university enrollment status by clicking the link below. Click here to check.

Note: As the data transfer between the E-Devlet system and our University's system may take up to one hour, the enrollment status might not appear as registered immediately. Therefore, it is advisable to verify the final registration status some time after the e-Government registration process.

Newly registered students are required to log in to the University Information Management System and complete their course registration between October 2, 2026, and October 16, 2026.

Students currently enrolled in a second university program can find their student numbers and the required tuition fees via the link below. Using their student number, they can pay the tuition fee at any Halkbank branch, via the Halkbank Internet Banking service, or at Halkbank ATMs between October 2, 2026, and October 16, 2026.
