Training Conducted for Double Major and Minor Program Commissions

A training session was held in our department for academic staff serving on the Double Major Program (ÇAP) and Minor Program commissions, with the aim of ensuring that the processes related to these programs are conducted effectively, systematically, and in compliance with regulations.

The training covered the application, evaluation, and administration processes of the Double Major and Minor programs; the duties and responsibilities of the commissions; and the procedures regarding student admission and progress monitoring. Additionally, key considerations for managing these processes and practical examples encountered in the field were discussed, facilitating an exchange of views.

The training aimed to ensure consistency in the implementation of Double Major and Minor program procedures, enhance the efficiency of student-related operations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of educational processes.
