2021-2022 Academic Year Apron Wearing Ceremony was held by the Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation with the attendance of our Rector Prof. Dr. Süleyman ÖZDEMİR on April 8, 2022 and to the ceremony,

Since the ceremony is on 8 April Turkey Physiotherapists Day, after Assoc. Prof. Ebru KAYA MUTLU made the opening speech that stated the meaning and importance of the day, Honored Guest Prof. Dr. Hanifegül TAŞKIRAN gave her speech on “Past, Present, and Future of Physiotherapy”. Our Dean Prof. Dr. Oktay ERAY and our Rector Prof. Dr. Süleyman ÖZDEMİR concluded their speech by celebrating the Turkey Physiotherapists Day of Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation academic staff and students, and all physiotherapists.

After the opening speeches, a music recital was held by the students of the Maritime Faculty. After the music recital, the aprons were worn to the 1st-grade students, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-grade representatives, and the Turkish Physiotherapists Association Youth Commission representative. The ceremony ended after the group photo shoot of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-grade students.
