FOOD PROCESSING TECHNIQUES FIRST PRACTICE

Our Nutrition and Dietetics 2nd class students used Nutrition Principles Laboratory for the first time in Food Processing Techniques course. The students who were divided into 10 groups applied baking techniques, steaming and boiling methods. We would like to thank all of our students for their efforts, interest and delicious food.
