Meaningful Meeting on World Disability Day

The Social Work Department will welcome World Disability Day with a special event that will make it unforgettable. The event will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, between 14.00-16.00 with Prof. Dr. It will be held at Fuat Sezgin Conference Hall.

Within the program's scope, there will be the Group Life Folklore Team, as a symbol of solidarity and strengthening together in the fight against disability, and the Mehteran Performance, which will fascinate the audience with its historical rhythms. The speaker on this special day will be Murat ARSLANHAN, President of the Turkish Federation of Spastic Disabled People and Vice President of the Turkish Confederation of Disabled People. ARSLANHAN, with its extensive knowledge of disability, will inspire with its mission of raising awareness in society.
