Meaningful Event for International Women's Day

Within the scope of our University's Seminar Series at the Turn of the Turkish Century, our department will hold an event for International Women's Day on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 14.30 at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Conference Hall.

With the seminar titled "Woman: The Other Name of Struggle", Sociologist Dr. Eda KILIÇ will talk about the struggle for existence of women for centuries and the Turkish women who left their mark on history.

Our department aims to make women's strong voices heard and raise awareness in society with this meaningful event. We look forward to your participation to celebrate this special day together and discover the powerful history of women.
